Reservations for Winter 2025 are currently available from January 9 - March 30, 2025. Dinner Reservations are available Thursday-Saturday with seatings at 5:30pm and 8:00pm. On Sundays, we have one lunch seating at 12:00pm and one dinner seating at 5:30pm.

NB: For Winter Menu 2025, Tailor no longer requires pre payment for reservations, however, we will enforce a cancellation fee within 24 hours of the reservation.

SPRING 2025 RESERVATIONS

Reservations for Spring 2025 (April, May & June) are currently available from April 3 until June 29, 2025.

NB: For Spring Menu 2025, we look forward to sharing expanded opportunities to dine at Tailor. As such, we will no longer have only a 5:30pm and 8:00pm seating, but there will be seatings throughout the night. Each seating will continue to follow our signature dinner-party style format, featuring a set menu and high touch service with individualized tableside storytelling. RESERVATION AVAILABILITY

The cutoff time for making a dinner reservation on the same day for 5:30 pm is 12:00pm. The cutoff time for making a dinner reservation on the same day for 8:00pm is 12:30pm. Some days, even if we are past the cutoff, we may have seats available. You can put in a request for same day reservations by emailing hi@tailornashville.com. Our host will reach out to you if we have can accommodate your party.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, no raw fish, celiac and dairy free.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate allium, nightshade, grapeseed oil and legume allergies.
